Honours & Research EXPO
The Next Step
The first Science and IT Honours & Research EXPO was held on Thursday 18th September, 2008. The day attracted over 500 students and staff, who came along to share how a future in research can be rewarding, exciting and help individuals make a real difference in the world.
The EXPO showcased award winning research projects by internationally recognised academics and students, through the presentations of our speakers and the many more research conference posters on display. The EXPO Program is still available to download for anyone interested in information about the guest and student speakers.
For anyone who was unable to attend, links to downloads of the range of print information that was available to be collected have been made available below. This includes information about Undergraduate Summer Scholarships and Honour Scholarships, plus information about a range of potential Honours and Research Higher Degree topic areas.
The brochures for the Research Centres and Groups are already available online.
Anyone interested in pursuing research at any level should visit the Research Students (RHD) section of the website for further information about their options, how to prepare, and the range of support schemes and scholarships that are available.
