Staff Research Support Schemes
The Faculty Research & Research Training Committee is responsible for administering a number of research support schemes for staff. These include:
- New Staff Grant
- Early Career Academic Program
- Mid-Career Researcher Grant Scheme
- Late Career Researcher Grant Scheme
- Support Program for External Grant Applications
- Research Conference Assistance Scheme (PVC) support
- Funding Allocation from the Institutional Grant Scheme (IGS) Devolvement Scheme
- Funding Allocation from the Research Infrastructure Block Grant (RIBG) Devolved Funds

Faculty Undergraduate Summer Scholarships
The annual conference aims to showcase the work of Early Career Academics (ECA) in the Faculty and promote the establishment of collaborative and mentoring research schemes. ECAs from all Schools will give an oral presentation and poster(s) outlining their current work and future directions.
