Anatomy

Welcome to the website of the Discipline of Anatomy.

The discipline of Anatomy is one of six Disciplines in the School of Biomedical Sciences within the Faculty of Health. The Discipline teaches human anatomy and histology to students who are undertaking degrees in Medicine, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Medical Radiation Science, Speech Pathology, Oral Health, Podiatry, Physical Education, Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Therapy and Nursing. The Discipline has major research programs in pain and balance disorders, aging, addiction and brain pathways involved in stress.
