2008 Education Info Sessions

The Education Careers Expo that was planned for the 29th of April, 2008, has unfortunately been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.

As an alternative to the Expo, we will be co-ordinating a series of Graduate Information Seminars for our final year students. These seminars have been run in previous years and will provide organisations with an opportunity to come along and talk to our final year students.

These seminars will run on the following dates:

4 March
1 April
8 April
27 May
3 June

There are four timeslots available on each date:

10.00 am - 10.30 am
10.30 am - 11.00 am
11.00 am - 11.30 am
11.30 am - 12.00 pm

These timeslots have specifically been left vacant in the Education timetable to enable all interested (as opposed to all final year students) to attend these seminars. Although students are not committed to lectures during this timeslot, attendance at these seminars is not compulsory. However, we will promote these seminars to all final year students, but unfortunately number cannot be guaranteed.

As an addition or alternative to these seminars the Careers Service can send an email to all final year Education students (600+ students) which describes information about your organisation. There will be a cost involved for this service.
