Our business plan to maintain this rapid growth requires more high calibre Area Managers to join our progressive management team.

To ensure a thorough understanding of every aspect of our business and to equip you for the future, you will initially undertake a 1 Year Management Training Program which is intensive, pragmatic and very hands on. In addition to the support and guidance we provide you, you will need the stamina and resolve to climb a steep curve.

Within a year you will be an Area Manager responsible for a group of stores and all their operational needs.

You will be a graduate, have 1 to 5 years management experience and the charisma to lead a team. Resilient and highly motivated, you will possess natural people skills and the ability to inspire others around you. You will also be flexible and able to commit to opportunities that may require relocation
