SALARY PACKAGE: $62,649 and $68,284 pa. Package includes salary ($48,801 – $62,646 pa), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading, depending on grading.

LOCATION: Sydney

JOB STATUS: Permanent Full-Time

JOB NOTES:

The engineers, scientists and surveyors within NSW Water Solutions have the critical role of designing solutions to meet the challenge of making the best use of water resources across NSW. Applications are sought from graduates in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, surveying and environmental engineering, and spatial and environmental science disciplines. Please see Position Descriptions for full details on duties and responsibilities. Applicants are requested to provide a covering letter and a current detailed resume. Please specify University and type of degree. An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies that arise across NSW within the next 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engineering projects and/or participate in larger engineering/water infrastructure projects associated with Water Solutions across NSW (see position descriptions for more specific details)

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Obtained in the last 3 years or by the end of 2008 a university qualification in one or more of the following: in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, surveying, environmental engineering, spatial and environmental science.
Ability to work as part of a team to undertake engineering and professional work.
