Complaints Management Office
Staff within the Complaints Management Office can advise you on how to bring your complaint forward for resolution. Complaints Officers are also available within the Faculties and Divisions to assist with resolution of informal complaints.

Mediators
If, during the complaint process, you wish to request a mediation of your complaint, you must do so through the University Complaints Manager who will allocate a mediator for you.
