Council Elections/ Appointments

The membership of the Council includes the following elected or appointed positions:

Four external persons appointed by Council, following a call for nominations, who are members of Convocation (term of office determined by Council)

The call for nominations has closed and will be considered by Council.

Two persons who are members of the Academic Staff of the University elected by the Academic Staff of the University (two (2) year term of office)

At the close of nominations, three (3) nominations had been received for two (2) positions.
A ballot was conducted. The result is now posted.

One person who is a member of the non-academic staff of the University elected by the non-academic staff of the University (two (2) year term of office)

At the close of nominations, three (3) nominations had been received for one (1) position.
A ballot was conducted. The result is now posted.

One person who is a postgraduate student of the University elected by the postgraduate students of the University (one (1) year term of office)

At the close of nominations, four (4) nominations had been received for one (1) position.
A ballot was conducted. The result is now posted.

One person who is an undergraduate student of the University elected by the undergraduate students of the University (one (1) year term of office).

At the close of nominations, five (5) nominations had been received for one (1) position.
A ballot was conducted. The result is now posted.
