netLibrary is an online collection of ebooks and reference materials.

The netLibrary collection is made up of the following:

• eBooks owned by the University of Newcastle - 63 titles
• eBooks shared with other Australian university libraries - 460 titles
• Over 3000 freely available history and literature eBooks

In order to browse an ebook in depth, you will need to create an account and check the item out to yourself. Loan periods are for 24 hours.

Staff and students of the University of Newcastle can browse ebooks for a maximum of 15 minutes without having to check them out.

Number of users allowed

Unlimited to database, but only one user per book at any one time.
