Perhaps I'm missing something but there seems to be no way to create a PIN for login if you don't have one or have forgotten it. I sent an email regarding a new PIN however the link provided in the response required a PIN to login to get a new PIN. Not entering a PIN and clicking submit as instructed did not lead to me being prompted to make one. Perhaps a more obvious way of setting up a library account is needed.

Enter your student number without the c then click on submit this should take you to page to enter a new PIN You can visit the Loans Desk for assistance.
