Thank you to Huxley library for showing the Olympics on their TV. It was great to watch the swimming with complete strangers for five minutes and enjoy a happy event instead of watching the latest terrorist attacks. Good on ya!

The speed of any online interactions I have with the library are generally so slow that they are very frustrating. No, i am not at Callaghan or Ourimbah and so cannot just drop into the library. I have to use web based searching and it is woefully slow.

Any chance the speed might improved in the near future? Obviously its worse at some times during the year than at others - now is so so awful its a full lesson in patience every time.

Thank you for your feedback. At the moment there are two problems. Firstly the Library Server is not running to capacity. The University IT staff and the Innovative Software suppliers in the US are working on the problem . Unfortunately a solution hasn't been found. The second issue is the University Internet access is also very slow. The combination of problems is making access to the electronic resources painful. I apologise for the inconvience and frustration the problems are causing however currently resolution is out of the Library Services domain.
