ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Environmental Management System will cover all areas of the University's environmental impact including waste and energy management, water conservation, pollution prevention and biodiversity conservation. The University aims to establish a management program that minimises our environmental impact through implementation of sustainable and environmental best bractice in all aspects of our research, teaching and work. As with Health & Safety, the team is a resource for the University and through consultation with, and ownership by, the wider University community, with the aim of continuous development of innovative approaches to environmental management.
