During 2007, The University undertook a review of the consultation arrangements and the committee structures. Following an extensive process involving discussion with the existing committees and an online staff questionnaire, the mechanism for consultation set out below was agreed upon and implemented.
In 2008, the new arrangements will be reinforced and an extensive support network of information and resources will be provided at the Faculty/Divisional committee and the University committee levels, as well as support and training for individual school and unit representatives.
