Indigenous students

Wollotuka is our Centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education. We support and encourage participation of students from indigenous backgrounds. As an indigenous student, we can offer you academic and personal support through a range of services.

We also offer an entry scheme for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. You can find out more about this scheme and other support programs at our Special Entry page.

The University also offers a one year full–time or two year part–time Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enabling program named YAPUG. This program provides a pathway for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into a range of degree programs including science, medicine, nursing and teaching.
