It is your responsibility to access information regarding course availability, timetabling and additional requirements for particular courses. This information can be accessed via the web.

Please note that restrictions may apply where places in classes are limited. For further information regarding available places, please contact the above telephone number.

Please also note that the University has the requirement that applicants hold graduate status to be eligible to undertake non-award study. Please attach certified evidence of completion of your degree to support your application. Special consideration may apply for non-graduates in exceptional circumstances.

Applications for non-award study in Semester 1 2009 close on 16 February 2009, however, late applications will be accepted until the commencement of the term. As competition is high for places in some classes, you should ensure that you apply well before the closing date. Please note that late submission may also result in your enrolment being delayed. If your application is successful, and if you have provided a photo with your application, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment and a student photo ID card. Your student card has a password printed on it, represented by a series of letters and numbers, which when used will enable you to access your current record of study by logging onto the website at http://webapps.newcastle.edu.au/exams/
