Uni executive elected President of national alliance
Increasing understanding of the importance of community engagement by universities is a key aim of the new President of the Australian Universities Community Engagement Alliance (AUCEA).
Associate Professor Martin Fitzgerald, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Corporate Development and Community Partnerships at the University of Newcastle, has recently been elected to lead the flagship body.
Public Lecture Series
To create an educational and informative service for the community, the Office of Corporate Development and Community Partnerships organises public lectures presented by national and international speakers addressing issues of interest to the community.
