This information is specifically for Contractors and Service Providers performing work to maintain and improve the facilities owned by the University.
Service permits are provided free of charge to eligible contractors and are valid for the calendar year issued. Service permits will not be issued to contractors unless University Contractor Inductions are current. If you are not sure if your induction is current or have not been inducted, please download the induction information and return the completed test to Facilities Management either in person or via fax.
This permit is issued to contractors and service providers who provide a service to the University on a regular basis. Annual permits are electrostatic and can be transferred between vehicles.
The provision of a service permit is to allow contractors close proximity parking in designated Service Bays while accessing equipment from their vehicle.
This permit is issued to contractors and service providers who provide a service to the University. Holders of temporary service permits are eligible to park in Service bays for a maximum of 30 minutes, unless officially authorised for an extended period. For longer duration parking, Staff and General parking areas must be used.
Provision of services to the University and University contractor induction status will be verified. Once approved, the permit can be sent by mail or collected from the Facilities Management Office.
