The University of Newcastle is committed to delivering its strategic and operational objectives in accord with the law and principles of good governance, and with efficiency, fairness, impartiality, integrity, honesty and compassion . To do this, it must comply with a diverse range of state and commonwealth legislation; statutory and regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations. A comprehensive Compliance Program is currently under development to achieve this objective.
